Got Questions about God, Jesus, Christianity, The Bible? Come to Alpha and ask!
Thursday nights 6:30 PM to 9 PM beginning on 9/30.
The Alpha Course is “an opportunity to explore the meaning of life”; it is a practical introduction to the Christian faith that offers answers to some key questions.

Each weekly session begins with an informal dinner, followed by a learning time with Nicky Gumbel, the originator of the Alpha Course, via DVD. A small group discussion and interaction time follows, with the rule that no question is too simple or too hostile.
The Course tackles such questions as, “Who is Jesus?,” “Why and How do I Pray?” and “How Does God Guide Us?”
Because of its open nature and willingness to start simply, Alpha has now been run in over 100 Christian denominations, in over 163 countries, in at least 81 languages for more than 15 million people.
Go to Alpha.org to see testimonies from people just like you whose lives have been changed through Alpha.

Bible Study - Tuesday Evenings at 7:30 PM
Just 20 years or so after Jesus died and was resurrected, the apostle Paul was writing letters to newborn churches of Gentiles throughout Asia Minor! And what were the issues in the small Christian community of Galatia? What are the "rules" Christians are supposed to follow? what is it God requires? And just who is qualified to say?
Join us on Tuesdays in the library from 7:30 - 9 PM to explore these issues in a lively Bible study on Galatians. For more information, contact Pastor Sue.
