Rev. Susan Gillespie has a Master of Divinity degree from Drew Theological School, Drew University, and a B.A. in Journalism from Douglass College, Rutgers University.  

She is married to John Gillespie, an attorney and an adjunct professor at Nyack College.  They have four sons, Daniel (Married to Ruth), Timothy, Christopher,and Benjamin.
